StudentNet StudentNet Authentication Issue

IT Services are investigating an authentication issue preventing logons to StudentNet. We will post further updates here in due course. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

ProAchieve and College Reporting Dashboard Inaccessible

The IT Services Team are aware of an database issue preventing access to both ProAchieve and the college reporting dashboard. Work is underway to resolve this issue, further updates will be posting here in due course. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

MFD Printing MMW Printing Issue - MFD's failing to connect to the server

Accero ECOM Site Certificate Issue

A are aware of an certificate issue restricting access to the ECOM site. Work is underway to resolve this issue.

Workaround:

In the meantime if using Google Chrome you should be able to click on the blue ‘Advanced’ option, from this screen you will be able to select ‘Proceed anyway’ to continue to the webpage as normal.

If using Internet Explorer you should be able to click on the blue ‘More information’ option, from this drop down you will be able to select ‘Go on to the webpage (not recommended)’ to continue to the webpage as normal.
