Cisco IP Desk Phones
EBS was updated over the weekend. At the moment only the ThinApp version is working (EBS Central W10 or W10 and EBS Shape W10 or W7). We will be updating the local client versions of EBS over the coming weeks. Please log a ticket if you need your local EBS client upgrading or installing.
Printing on MFD's at former Central sites is currently down. Printing is fine on desktop printers at all sites and to MFD's to former NCN sites.
UPDATE - Following the roll out of an update to staff machines across the college we have resolved the freezing issue for staff. We will be rolling the same update out to student machines over summer. If you are still experiencing freezing then please contact the Helpdesk on x55555 so we can get a technician to attend your PC and check the updates have applied correctly.
