Cisco IP Desk Phones
Update - Due to issues with the Clarendon firewall internet traffic from Clarendon has now been routed via Adams. This should restore internet access whilst the underlying issue is resolved.
We are currently investigating a number of reports across multiple campus of the Outlook application freezing or becoming non responsive. As a temporary workaround we would recommend the worst affected users to try assessing their emails via 365 online, as this appears to alleviate many of the freezing issues. Access to 365 online can be found via the Apps & Resources links on the Staff portal or via this URL: https://www.outlook.com/owa/nottinghamcollege.ac.uk
