Due to a power outage at our Adams server room earlier today we experienced a number of systems down across the college. Many of the affected systems are now available again, however this work remains ongoing.

The following services are still affected:

  • EBS
  • Student Track
  • E-ILP

Please bear with us while we work to bring these remaining systems online.

The IT Services Team are working to restore access to the VDI remote access software as currently the virtual desktop sources are not responding. This page will be updated in due course, sorry for any inconvenience caused.

After we encountered an IT outage over the Christmas beak, the IT Services Team have been working hard to restore normal functionality as quickly as possible. The majority of issues are now resolved, however work is still underway to bring back the following services:

  • Beeston Internet Connectivity
  • Wi-Fi at Beeston and Ruddington

We would like to apologies for any inconvenience caused. If you are experiencing Internet access issues at Beeston please call the IT Helpdesk on extension 5555, in most cases we are able to talk you though applying a temporary workaround.

The IT Services team are working to resolve to resolve an issue affecting Beeston Internet Connectivity. Affected devices will be unable to connect to any external web pages and Outlook access may also be impacted.
