Cisco IP Desk Phones
The IT Services team are currently aware of a network outage affecting our MMW Campus. As things stand all Cisco IP phones are offline and PC are unable to connect to either the internet or internal network resources. Work is underway to restore these services as a priority, further updates will appear here in due course. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
IT Support are currently working in collaboration with a 3rd party in an effort to resolve an issue currently affecting Google authentication for staff and students using college accounts. This work is aimed at restoring access as quickly as possible. We would like to apologies for any inconvenience caused and will post further updates here in due course.
Accero is currently unavailable, this information has been passed onto HR to investigate. One we are provided with further information we will update this page accordingly.
