Cisco IP Desk Phones
The IT Infrastructure team are working to resolve a CRM issue which has occurred as a consequence of the Ruddington Power outage. We hope to restore access shortly, sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We have experienced a major power outage which has affected one of our main data centres at the Ruddington campus. Work was undertaken overnight to minimise the impact and is continuing this morning to restore any remaining services as quickly as possible. We are currently aware of issues affecting EBS. Should you be experiencing any other problems please contact the IT Helpdesk on x5555 (0115 9125555), we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Update - Now Resolved
We are aware of an EBS outage that is affecting all versions of the application. Work is underway to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. As investigations continue this problem has been escalated externally to Tribal support for assistance. Any further updates will continue to be posted here. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
