EBS Database Issue

We appear to be experiencing an issue with the client based versions of EBS. Upon login users are experiencing the error message "This database is not compatible with the application authentication". The colleges MIS Team have escalated this issue to Tribal for external support from the software manufacturer. Further updates will be posted here in due course. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Printing / MFD Issue - Failing to Connect To Server

IT Services are aware of an issue affecting printing / MFD usage across all college locations. The Infrastructure team are working on resolving this issue and we hope to restore service as quickly as possible. Further updates will be posted in due course, sorry of any inconvenience caused.
