ICT Notification - Telephony Upgrade Work - High Pavement and Adams - 12/02/2020 10:00-16:00

Telephony upgrade work is taking place tomorrow that will predominately affect phones at High Pavement and Adams. Please see the list of affected lines below. Whist this upgrade work is underway you may experience intermittent issues with any calls to and from these lines. We envisage that any disruption should not exceed half an hour in duration. The time slot we have been given is from 10:00 till 16:00 however we anticipate most disruption will occur nearer midday.

The Nottingham College ICT Infrastructure Team will be overseeing all the work undertaken and this will happen behind the scenes. The current ISDN lines are been replaced with SIP lines, this work should help improve services going forward and help bring these number in line with other college phones.
