Manage Engine Manage Engine down

The Manage Engine license has expired taking the ticket logging system down temporarily. When you try to log a ticket to the IT service desk you will be presented with an error message. Manage Engine is sending a renewed license, and the service will be restored as soon as this is received.


The License has been sent and applied. Manage Engine is now back up and accessible to log tickets via the StaffNet. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
