09/08/2021 08:38 - We are experiencing an outage with our Basford Internet link and have technicians onsite working with our ISP to identify the cause and fix.
Our contact center and telephony is impacted as we will not be able to receive inbound calls. Internal and outbound calls will remain unaffected

09/08/2021 - 14:13 - Basford WAN is back up. Tested with Call Centre. Solution to follow.
09/08/2021 - 16:00 - This was a service provider fault that was resolved by them.
