We are currently experiencing issues handling inbound calls to both the main Contact Centre and the IT Helpdesk lines. The ICT Team are aware of these problems and work is underway to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. As a temporary work around the calls should be routing directly though to call agents extensions however please be aware the queue system and other functionality is affected.
