Desk Phones Contact Centre and IT Helpdesk Phone Issues

We are currently experiencing issues handling inbound calls to both the main Contact Centre and the IT Helpdesk lines. The ICT Team are aware of these problems and work is underway to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Currently only a very limited number of agents have been able to sign in so wait times are likely to be longer than normal. For IT requests we would encourage you to log a call via the online system (http://icthelpdesk.nottinghamcollege.ac.uk:8080). We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result.
