Student Track Student Track, e-track and eILP data - Restored

IT Services are pleased to announce that the required data load import has successfully completed. The below applications should now be operational, we will continue to monitor these services.

MFD Printing Scan to Email Issues

The IT Services Team are currently investigating an issue affecting scan to email. This functionality will be restored as quickly as possible.

Network Systems Outage - Update

Due to a power outage at our Adams server room earlier today we experienced a number of systems down across the college. Many of the affected systems are now available again, however this work remains ongoing.

The following services are still affected:

  • EBS
  • Student Track
  • E-ILP

Please bear with us while we work to bring these remaining systems online.

VDI Remote Access (VMware Horizon) VDI Remote Access (VMware Horizon) - Desktop Sources not Responding

The IT Services Team are working to restore access to the VDI remote access software as currently the virtual desktop sources are not responding. This page will be updated in due course, sorry for any inconvenience caused.
