Cisco IP Desk Phones
We are currently experiencing issues handling inbound calls to both the main Contact Centre and the IT Helpdesk lines. The ICT Team are aware of these problems and work is underway to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. As a temporary work around the calls should be routing directly though to call agents extensions however please be aware the queue system and other functionality is affected. For IT requests we would encourage you to log a call via the online system (http://icthelpdesk.nottinghamcollege.ac.uk:8080). We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result.
We are currently experiencing issues preventing users for logging in correctly. Users who are already signed in may find they are unable to access the internet along with other issues. This appears to be affecting legacy NCN locations. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
As you may be aware EBS was updated over the weekend. We have begun rolling out the full client onto all PC's with previous EBS access. If the full client isn't yet available on your PC please use the updated ThinApp links in the interim. If necessary these can be found by opening 'This PC', looking under the Network Locations heading click the 'Groups L Drive'. From within there please select the 'EBS' folder, now you will see both 'EBS Central W10' and 'EBS Shape W10' shortcuts. Please double click to use these as required, you will also be able to copy this shortcut to your desktop for easier access.
