As you may be aware EBS was updated over the weekend. We have begun rolling out the full client onto all PC's with previous EBS access. If the full client isn't yet available on your PC please use the updated ThinApp links in the interim. If necessary these can be found by opening 'This PC', looking under the Network Locations heading click the 'Groups L Drive'. From within there please select the 'EBS' folder, now you will see both 'EBS Central W10' and 'EBS Shape W10' shortcuts. Please double click to use these as required, you will also be able to copy this shortcut to your desktop for easier access.
