Update - IT Services are aware of an issue affecting sound on external calls made from the Clarendon campus. We have spoken with the company who provide support for this device and expect a replacement part to arrive tomorrow. Once this is installed we anticipate normal service will be restored. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
